The Benetia Johnson Drum Corps, Inc. is an organization dedicated to trying to uplift the children of the New York City Communities by giving them the following literacy skills: music reading, music instrumental training, and dance and choral techniques. This will better their lives while providing a safe haven for them to meet and make lifetime friends. We realize that they are our future, and we need to protect and uplift our future. These proficiencies they learn today will be lifetime skills.
